# Purchase EOFY version 5.x licences

Q-Flow version 5.x will reach end-of-life June 30 so hurry and purchase your end-of-year licence NOW!

 

Some of you may have read or heard that Q-nomy have announced that Q-Flow version 5.x will reach end-of-life June 30. So, if you need additional licenses it’s a good idea for you to buy them NOW!

**What does the end-of-life mean for you?**  
It means that Q-nomy are no longer going to supply service packs, dot releases or any other enhancement for the version 5.x. NEXA does recommend that customers start putting a plan together to upgrade to the latest version 6 series, however NEXA will continue to support you in the meantime under your current support and maintenance contract until you decide to upgrade.

 

**Are there License implications?**  
If you remain using version 5.x and you have all the licences you need, then there is no immediate need to upgrade. However, if you are using version 5.x and require more licences or users or the need for a new module then you will need to purchase these prior to June 30, or upgrade before purchasing additional licences. Once version 5.x reaches its end-of-life, Q-nomy will no longer supply 5.x licences.
